**Medicare patients beware** Adjusted previous 5 star review due to unethical billing practices surrounding a family members Medicare coverage. Staff informed that cost would be $X and we're paid upfront. After billing medicare additional bills were sent despite Medicare advising patient was not liable for the balance. Called the office and attempted to have adjustment done based on Medicare EOB (explanation of benefits). The front office staff is open, friendly, and extremely helpful. The Dental Tech Mayala, was an absolute gem, and hilarious. Dr. Okubo, is amazing; she's friendly, has so much patience, exceptionally competent and very caring about her patients. She walked with my partner and I to the car and helped with the wheelchair.
