The front office staff is open, friendly, and extremely helpful. The Dental Tech Mayala, was an absolute gem, and hilarious. Dr. Okubo, is amazing; she's friendly, has so much patience, exceptionally competent and very caring about her patients. She walked with my partner and I to the car and helped with the wheelchair.

I would NEVER use the female dentist that owns this practice. She ground down my tooth and it has ruined my whole entire bite. I asked her to fill it but she ground off the top. You never grind off the top of the tooth. I went back in to get her to fix it because my bite was already changing. She made me sit in a chair 2 hours and had new x-rays taken. New x-rays were completely unnecessary since she just could have looked at the first set of x-rays. Then she looked at the new ones and says there is nothing wrong with my tee... read more

I don't recall how I found Creek Road Dental, but I'm really glad I did. They're wonderful! The practice is women-run, which is nice, but they're not just for women. I see Dr. Okubo, who is calm, friendly, and very professional. And every staff member I've worked with has been lovely. I had to have a cavity filled once, and you can watch a TV mounted on the ceiling while they're working on you! I thought that was a nice touch.

Update: Creek Road did reach out to me after I posted this review to see what they can do to make things right. I get the impression the dentist was not consulted or involved in the decision to wait a day before they would see me. They did seem to be genuinely concerned about correcting the error. That morning I was able to get into another dentist office, and they determined the tooth was indeed cracked all the way through and could not be saved.
