The owners Gary and Susan are very friendly and polite. But the apartments are old and pretty run-down. The appliances are very old, and need quite a lot of cleaning. The wall switches and outlets are painted over several times, and when you move in they tell you they dont promise the outlets all work. Theres a thermostat on the wall, for no reason.
