I am a new resident. I have been here 5 months. It’s my first time living in a 55+ apartment complex. I have been very happy so far. It’s quiet and safe. I have enjoyed the residents I have socialized with. Office staff and grounds staff have been friendly and helpful.

People in wheelchairs should NOT have dogs especially BIG dogs. DOG FEECES EVERYWHERE!!! resulting in Rats/Nasty looking Lawn, Flies/Knats, etc. Very Nauseating!!! Is a major health hazard!!! * I don't know how to send/attach a screenshot... PLUS they RAISE the Rent here dramatically every year!!! MY SSI DOESN'T!!!
For a 55+ community, they took away external water and the design is not firesafe with only 1 exit out of the apt. Also big let down is that they expect the elderly residents to be responsible for changing the air filters on their own with no help. The filter on the unit at my grandfather's place was so plugged his oxygen levels dipping and had to be hospitalized. So unless you are an able bodied person who can climb out of a window and able to figure out how to open a/c unit to clean the filter without a struggle, I would n... read more
