Feeling the pinch of financial stress. Living here has proved to be a mistake. Management closed the office during Covid and it's by appointment only. My toilet sprang a leak on a Saturday and the poor woman that works and lives here was unable to fix it, and was not able to call for professional help. ON top of that management was not answering the phone. She ended up calling a plumber friend that was able to fix it in 10 minutes. The owner charges for water each month and it is the price is same for everyone regardless if you have a studio or two bedroom and washer and dryer. So if you are in a studio you pay the same as people in a two bedroom who have a washer and dryer. Most of the people here are on a fixed income and can't afford it. Very sad for them.
