The location is amazing. Such friendly souls living here, and there are many shops and services nearby. (Langley Central, bus station, Safeway and No Frills are not far, and neither is the main One-way in downtown.) Trails, parks, and plenty of exploration are also a few blocks away, and living here has not disappointed me while being here for over 2 years.
