Avoid at all costs renting from any complex owned by Morgan Properties. Extra fees, bad communication, nickle and dime you for every little thing. There was some staff that really tired their best to make this a great place to live and I really appreciate it but overall I can't recommend it
We've been living at Creek Hill Apartments (2B, 1B unit 1710) for the past 3 years, and I must say this has been one of the most disappointing rental experiences we've had. First of all, there's no dishwasher, which is shocking in this day and age. When we moved in, we assumed it was a standard feature in any apartment — apparently not here.
