Let me start out by saying this; this is the absolute without a doubt worst ran apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. Starting out by pressuring me into using Jetty. This is so they can file a claim after you move out and charge jetty whatever they want and I’ll have to pay no matter what it is. (I left that apartment spotless) Within the 1st month there was a heroine addict shooting up in the basements of the buildings and stealing out of storage units and the management didn’t do a damn thing about it until it was too late... read more

the maintenance team is always the best! thank you brendon, dom, tony and mark!
Avoid at all costs renting from any complex owned by Morgan Properties. Extra fees, bad communication, nickle and dime you for every little thing. There was some staff that really tired their best to make this a great place to live and I really appreciate it but overall I can't recommend it
