We've been living at Creek Hill Apartments (2B, 1B unit 1710) for the past 3 years, and I must say this has been one of the most disappointing rental experiences we've had. First of all, there's no dishwasher, which is shocking in this day and age. When we moved in, we assumed it was a standard feature in any apartment — apparently not here. Edit to owner response: We've reached out at nauseam to you. Even tried to engage the Area VP to have a conversation. Their response was to lawyer up and retaliate by sending us a letter of non renewal for the lease. You also blocked all communications after. When we inquired about the letter and why we can't file a formal complaint to corporate; office said the lawyer took over and they won't be speaking with us. The cheapest in price within webster. Prices have soared high since I was a kid growing up.
Apartment was gross with a mold smell upon move in. Sent in various requests to check in on the smell to no avail. Was promised a new stove and shower replacement which never happened. Was grossly overcharged for damages upon move out. Would avoid choosing this complex. See pictures taken the day I moved in
The Creek Hill management team is excellent. Jamie Heberle in particular has always been a joy to work with. When my in-laws immigrated to the US, she worked with us to help get them a great place. This really meant a lot to me (and my in-laws) because there are many places who didn't want to work with us because of no prior rental history.
