Terrible management! The apartment I was leased smelled like a dirty ash tray! I was not able to see it until I had leased it because it wasn’t ready! I never dreamed!! Elevator had a flood every-time it rained! You had to wade through water! Whole facility was just nasty! People put their cigarettes out on the wall by the elevators! Supposed to be a senior complex (advertised as such) but there were a lot of young people and low income non senior people there!
