I've worked with Jason Hogsett with Creek twice now, one warehouse purchase and one warehouse lease. Jason has been extremely responsive and helpful. Whenever I've asked questions he gets answers quickly and always makes me feel like a priority. Very happy with his support and guidance.

I definitely recommend Garrett and the staff at Creek . We had a wonderful experience. Our business plans changed in the middle of the process and they were extremely patient and helpful through it all. 10/10 would use them again for any commercial real estate needs!

I have to start off by saying, thank you! Garrett and Tyler are absolutely top-notch! I like to stay positive, so I won’t bad-mouth or disrespect any other companies, but I had my building listed for almost two full years with a larger firm (who will remain nameless) that competes with Creek CRE.
