Great location, and office staff. The property is well maintained, and has a pool. my dog like it here too.
I've been here for "awhile" and love the area. Dion was very fair in how he handled my lease renewal.
This has been my first rental and it’s been a really terrific place to get started while going to school. Dion makes sure to keep the place clean and is always available if you need help. His team, Goldeneye Construction, has also saved my skin in a couple pinches, and are really down to earth people who do things out of the kindness of their hearts when not required . Overall, this is a great location near a beautiful creek, with a staff who really cared about you
I love this place! The office manager Dion is incredibly helpful. He showed us how to prop open the doors which made move-in so much easier. All of my questions got answered as well. The units are also gorgeous. 10/10 place to live
Our landlord, Dion, is truly incredible. During the tour, he was exceptionally kind to my mom, showing genuine understanding and care. His wealth of knowledge and willingness to help really stand out. Dion consistently goes out of his way to ensure that everyone in the community feels valued, loved, and safe in their homes. It's heartwarming to see someone so dedicated to making a positive impact.
