I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with Creek Bend Apartments. When we toured the apartment around 3:00 PM, we specifically asked about the deposit policy before handing over any money. In my first week half the building burned down, this was 3 years ago now. They never sent my security deposit after move out, nor a reason as to why. did not respond to any follow ups after move out, took pictures as you should but dropped it after i kept coming by to ask to find no one at the desk every time. who cares right.

I was told I’d receive the security deposit prior to moving out but that was a false alarm as they didn’t give back my money after my lease was up.. There were no damages and I left the studio unit the way founded. Unbelievable experience from dealing with the staff and yes the apartment complex were over priced. This was a 12month/year leased from August 2020-July2021..
