This was a very frustrating process. I clicked on the Zillow link to tour a home, and a Creegan agent responded and met us out at the house to show it. Immediately I was asked to sign a document without any real explanation. I didn't realize it at the time, but she was not the listing agent. I guess I should have known how this all works. Alana was very helpful throughout my home buying process. She explained each step clearly and made sure I understood everything along the way. She responded quickly whenever I had questions and handled things in a timely manner, which made the process much smoother for me. Working with Mandy Minnetto was wonderful. She understood what we were looking for and made adjustments as we went along if the houses didn’t quite fit. It was great knowing that what she was going to show us was worth both our time and hers. She was also a pleasure to spend time with and we are so pleased on our home!

I gotta give it up to The Creegan Group. They have some solid rockstar agents working for them. The person who helped me is Sylvana Minnetto. You want to talk about someone who will bend over backwards and do front-flips at the same time, this is Sylvana. She took over the project of selling my late moms house for me. I have some health issues that made it really hard to get the house cleaned out and ready, and she just jumped in with both feet and in about 3 weeks got the house cleaned out and show ready.
