This was a very frustrating process. I clicked on the Zillow link to tour a home, and a Creegan agent responded and met us out at the house to show it. Immediately I was asked to sign a document without any real explanation. I didn't realize it at the time, but she was not the listing agent. I guess I should have known how this all works.
