Creedmoor Psychiatric Center’s Building 25 was once a haven for New York City’s mentally ill, but today it houses a much more reviled and equally misunderstood breed of New Yorkers— pigeons.

It's awesome to see Mom now...ever since the new meds kicked in.
If you get a little cold, they have these jackets I think there called straight jackets, very warm.
