I'd like to start this review by stateing, that there WERE a few problems while living here BUT the team at Creede Property Management were always a phone call away. I moved into an older unit in the historical district that had a plethora of charm. There were a few things that went wrong BUT the team at Creede took care of it swiftly every single time. My family and I have been renting from the for awhile now. I just wanted to get on here and express how grateful I am! Robbie and Tia are absolutely AMAZING! They are so caring and accommodating. They truly care about their tenants well being. I have rented from multiple people and they are by far the best I have dealt with. We appreciate everything yall do and all the hard work!! 🥰🥰
Tia was amazing and easy to work with lovely person overall, everything else about this renting experience was not. We were told by the listing and owners of property that there was a washer and dryer in house when we moved in we found out this was untrue, the current listing still has both a washer and dryer on it which is false. The entire time we lived in the house the dishwasher didn’t work, even though they had sent multiple people to check it out and had “replaced” the dishwasher multiple times.
