Slums I rented an apartment from them for 4 months on month 2 my ceiling fell in and it took them until I called the city on them to come fix it (month 4) the apartments on Park Ave are rodent & bug infested ! -10/10 would NEVER recommend
This is a terrible rental company. I am grateful he accepted my application while all odds were against me. That is no excuse to be as bad as he has been to me. Mr. Creech is rude and arrogant when it comes to repairs in certain situations. If they would just fix things right the first time and not half do stuff then there would be no need to keep coming out to fix the same thing constantly. I've been a good tenant, rent paid on time. I can say alot about what he has done but DO NOT rent from here!!!
