My son and I visited Vogue/Creditview Optical this evening. WE EXPERIENCED TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, ESPECIALLY FROM THE RECEPTIONIST AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO NOT GO THERE. We have been a customer for the past 4 years. I arrived at 5:19pm for my sons appointment, his appointment was for 5:20pm. He was meeting me there. I’ve had a great experience with the optometrist himself - very thorough and informative. However, the customer service from the receptionist Neha is impertinent. Cuts you off when you’re speaking, very short and rude tone, and butchers my name several times even after giving her a respectful correction. Instead of just asking how to pronounce it, she will continue to massacre the pronunciation with no regard and sometimes it feels purposeful especially after having unpleasant interactions with her.
