I got my pregnancy test done on saturday was being told to wait till monday by front staff , very unprofessional , now i am being advised on monday pregnancy test takes 3-4 business days, doctor was good but cant trust front staff , on top of it , they handed someone elses prescription to me which has clients confidential info , checked when i got home , very unprofessional , would not reccomend to anyone

The front desk staff was unprofessional and rude. Basic tasks were poorly managed. I had an appointment at 11:10 a.m. and was told there were five patients ahead of me. After waiting nearly two hours, I was then told there were seven, and I ultimately had to cancel my appointment due to the excessive wait. I do not recommend this clinic, especially for seniors.
