Find a different debt collection agency. We chose to work with this group because they were local. The level of service is absolutely terrible. We gave them over a year to work on a few cases and their communication of their progress to us was minimal. Our agent never returned our call unless we called her, which usually didn't happen because she was out of the office or on vacation. We weren't able to collect any sort of payment. Scam, they show me owing a balance on a bill paid to provider but refuse to take off credit report until I pay them also.

THEY ARE EXTREMELY UN-PROFESSIONAL FOR MY ACCOUNT IN COLLECTION THEY KEPT CALLING MY WIFE AT HER WORK WHO WORKS WITH EMERGENCY PATIENTS AND I PLAN TO REPORT FEDERAL CONSUMER TO DO AUDIT ON HOW BADLY THEY CONDUCTING BUSINESS
