I have asked several times for verification of debt that i do not owe. This company has not provided this, I have been asking for over a year. They have entered items on my credit report even though they have not sent me anything showing what I owe and to who.
I was told that once I paid my balance that it would be removed from my credit report. I paid my balance on 11/2 and it's still showing on my credit report.

Even when you make payments they don’t count it and try to take you to court.

Some of the accounts have been here since 2016. There was one payment in April of 2018 which was applied to her accounts. One payment over that amount of time does not constitute a good faith commitment to resolving the accounts. Alternative measures then become required.
I thought the point of creditor was to try to resolve outstanding accounts. They state they help companies receive payment, they never said in full. I just called that company to try to settle a bill. The rude operator told me there were no settlement options available. I told her I contacted your company to settle not because you called me. Horizon Emergency Physicians is our customer. The person writing this review is a customer of theirs. We cannot except settlements without the permission of our client/customer. They gave permission for a fixed settlement amount and it was presented to the consumer. The settlement offer was rejected by the consumer. This review is untruthful since a settlement offer was made to the consumer.
