Working with any collection agency is never any fun, but especially when it’s Katie Davis. Everyone else I talked to was kind and very helpful whereas Katie was short, rude, and abrasive and didn’t answer my questions directly. Just other reason to not get sent to a collection agency- so you don’t have to deal with her.

I called in to get help with garnishing or collecting on a judgment. Unfortunately they weren't able to take my case due to the company not being in business anymore- but the gal I spoke with was so helpful and nice. She explained what next steps I needed to take to try to garnish a bank account and was honest with what the options were. I greatly appreciate the honesty and help. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use their services again.
I found out about a debt in 2019. I called this company to pay the debt in full. The man who I spoke to on the phone was very smug and refused to take my money. Shortly after I spoke to credit collection services in albany oregon, they got a court judgment against me without my knowledge. They would have had to lie to the judge, because I made a good faith effort to pay the debt in full.
