RUN FAR AWAY. I had one item on my credit that I wanted to remove and was quoted $2,000 to have it taken off. The process has taken 9 months with absolutely nothing done on the item I cared about. Rep A was handling at the account at the start and promised a full refund if they couldn't meet their end. He then handed off to Rep B.
