bought a pt cruiser from them the first week the clutch went out, then a about 3 weeks later which would have nothing to do with the car not starting I was driving down 20th st. with my kids and it just died while driving that time it was a mechanical issue, first time it was in their shop for a week, the 2nd time it was conveniently in their shop for a week wow I get it back I am driving to my parents house guess what? it stops in the middle of the road again, thank god each time there hasn t been anyone behind me to hit us... read more
nice to you at first, until u cant take it anymore , Dana the receptionist is nice at first, when u ask about your car for the 3rd time in the shop she leaves u hanging on the phone for 20 minutes, go in to talk, I said I didn t want my kids& I being on the highway &getting hit by a diesel if it dies again, she had no sympathy was callous & rude she told my son to shut up. we were told to leave DO NOT BUY A DEATH TRAP PLEASE!!
Traded in our reliable suv for something better on gas. What a mistake. Within 3 days it died while we were driving with the children in the car. They towed it and a week later we picked it up. A week later the same thing happened, and we made our first payment while it was in the shop. We get the car back and 8 days later the same thing happens again. STEER CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESS!!!!! They duct tape and super glue your vehicle in hopes it will make it past the warranty. FRAUDS, LIARS, and downright dishonest. BUYER BEWARE!!... read more
if there were negative stars i would give it to them. the truck i got had 2 flats and wouldnt start within the first month and i was lied to about the mileage and the guy in the wheel chair is a douche.
DO NOT EVER BUY A CAR FROM THESE GUYS LIKE I DID. I WAS TAKEN FOR A RIDE. WORST EXPERIANCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A CAR. GO TO ANOTHER DEALER AND SAVE YOUR $$$$. IF YOU ARE A STUDENT ON A BUDGET DO OT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I SINCE HAVE GONE TO ANOTHER DEALER AND EXPERANCE SO FAR IS MUCH BETTER. I WAS TREATED LIKE A REAL PESON.
