unprofessional staff very rude on the phone you don't like your job then leave
Feels like a drive thru. Each time you go you see a different doctor. You are just a number. Very rude and stuck up front desk. Its like a baby delivering service. When you call in its like calling a call centre. When you go to your appointments you feel like your going to a car dealer to service your car. Fast and efficient. Doctors and nurses with no empathy doesnt feel like they truly care for you. Its like all they care about is to see as many patients they can so they can get paid as much as they can.
My first pregnancy, I had no problems whatsoever. Dr. Mark was my OBGYN I seen most often and she actually was the one that delivered my baby when I gave birth at Credit Valley. She was amazing and very professional at her job. Now with my second pregnancy, this is is the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. The office manager brunette Linda is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever met in my life. I had no choice but to bring my 9 month old in her stroller because I have no one to watch her. This is my second time here for pregnancy . I do like the staff and then docs are great but they are so backlogged it’s frustrating. I didn’t finish with my 2:40pm appointment until 5pm!!! Totally unacceptable. It was like this precovid too. I recommend delivering at credit valley but maybe through someone with privileges at the hospital or a midwife and not the clinic.
