Very good experience with entire hospital. My was in labour assessment unit. Outstanding work by all staff members and special thanks to Hazel(helped us a lot during labour) and Gloria (guided us so well after having baby). Thanks

This review is for ob gyn referral associate organization who takes in referrals and appointments for pregnant women. We have had sent a referral about more than 1 month ago. They haven't reverted and I have called them atleast 10 times on relevant extensions and even manager line to follow up. Even left multiple voice mails citing our phone number, name and date of birth. Nobody answers or returns the call. Pathetic.

Patient Relations lie so much. It’s unbelievable. They do anything they can to not resolve the problem and then make up things that did not happen. They avoid written documentation of anything. They come up with phone scripts to deceive you instead of actually writing down and giving you a copy of it. You need to ask for written statements. Do not leave until you get a copy of written statements from them for your complaint.

Parking is a rip-off. Other than that, the place is clean, and the staff at the information centre are friendly.
