I’ve been a patient at Credit Valley Health Team with my family for about four years. The doctors themselves have generally been great—knowledgeable, caring, and professional. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk and reception team has been consistently frustrating. The biggest issue is communication. They will make you wait until youre nearly at the end of your second trimester before booking you in for your first prenatal appt. Let alone any test or scans you want done. You shouldn't even bother asking because they do not care for their patients one bit. No matter how much stress they are under.
