If you use this branch & go through the drive-thru be sure to count your money before you drive away from the speaker. I ask for $800 & when I got my envelope it was $100 short. I told the teller & she acted as if she knew she had done it. She never even questioned me or ask me to send the envelope back in.
Don't take rolled coins here to deposit unless you have your credit unions's name and your bank account number written on each individual roll of coins. Disappointing experience for my 5 year old who has been saving and saving only to have to take her money back home with her this morning. Terrible policy/procedure.
A couple of the tellers need to be reminded that they have a job because of us - the credit union members. The "I'm better than you because I work here" attitude can be left at the door.
Benjamin is my favorite cashier teller! Hope he wins the contest that is going on of tickets to Frontier city as well as my family to win those tickets too in that process! The whole staff is great, and do excellent customer service too!
