I opened up a checking, savings, and credit card account on 6-17-2026 and out of nowhere my accounts where closed on 6-29-2026. The assistant branch manager Ericka is unprofessional, have a nasty attitude, will talk to you in a condescending tone if you ask to many questions, and was the employee that opened up my accounts. I called her today to ask why was my accounts closed and she lied like she didn’t know.
