Do Not Get a Loan here!!! Specifically Do not use Ariel Mack! After jumping through hoops and getting all the paperwork needed the numbers changed dramatically and didn't make sense and I didn't get a good explanation. I asked to talk to a manager and I haven't heard back from one in over 2 weeks. Shows how poorly their organization runs.

I applied for an auto loan here while shopping for the best interest rate. I have over 15 years of credit history and an 819 credit score. At that point, several other lenders had already pulled my credit, so I had a good understanding of what my credit profile looked like. I opened up a checking, savings, and credit card account on 6-17-2026 and out of nowhere my accounts where closed on 6-29-2026. The assistant branch manager Ericka is unprofessional, have a nasty attitude, will talk to you in a condescending tone if you ask to many questions, and was the employee that opened up my accounts.
