I regret using their service, they’re a scam. I’ve caught onto how they work. They charged me $450.00, they’ll answer you call’s for the first few months when doing a follow up, then they’ll start swindling you saying the staff member that has your file hasn’t been in due to whatever they’ll make up. Then when it gets closer to that ninth month they’ll stop answering your calls. I got stuck with my credit not fully repaired as agreed. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!! WHEN IT WAS TIME TO COLLECT MONEY FROM ME THEY WERE NICE AND CALLED ME ON THE REGULAR. WHEN I PAID FOR THE SERVICE I NO LONGER HEARD ANYTHING FROM ME. THEY TOOK MY MONEY, NEVER REACHED OUT WITH ANY UPDATES AND NEVER DID ANYTHING TO IMPROVE MY CREDIT. THEY WRITE THEIR OWN REVIEWS TO MAKE THEIR COMAPNY LOOK PROFESSIONAL AND GOOD BUT ITS A LIE AND SCAM. I WILL BE PURSUING LEGAL CHARGES AGAINST THIS COMPANY.
