Credit Help – Becareful using this company!!! I used them in 2009 and they drafted my account for 18 months and did nothing! I finally had to change my account number to get them to stop and I'm still trying to get a refund. All I get is "We will refer your refund to the accounting department." This has been going on since October of 2010
