Harassment – I have no business dealings whatsoever with this company, and yet I get a call a day, sometimes two, for the last few weeks, from an individual there who refuses to give me his name and contact information, refuses to connect me with his manager, and continues to call daily demanding a woman who's name I do not know return his call. Bad Business Practices – If you have credit with this company then I suggest you check your free annual credit report. They illegally reage accounts by not reporting correctly and changing the date of the first delinquincy so they can try to collect longer than they're allowed to. You can sue them for this which is what I'm in the process of getting ready to do. Also going to report them to the BBB. The staff is rude and they will not work with you should you come across financial hardship.
