Like others have said, Stay far away from this place. They over promise on things..Basically they take the cars from auctions and just put them on the lot without looking over them. Then they say they are in great shape but in fact they are death traps. They should be forced to close.
Do not trust this dealership. I will spare you the time and not give a complete write up; suffice it to say, unless you want to regret every day of your life for getting sucked into a crappy vehicle that you can't get out of, IT WOULD BE IN YOUR BEST INTEREST TO STAY AWAY!!!
When I bought my car they told me that they will replace my hub cap on the tires since they were broken,buy new carpet since the car had none and they also they also promised me detailing on my car. it has been 2 months right now. They said they ordered the wrong hub caps in the beginning so I waited another week. They told me when it arrives they will give me a call a month later nothing. I bought an SUV last week from this used car lot. The price was fantastic, but the customer service was terrible! We were promised IN WRITING both a full tank of gas AND a full detail (the car was covered in bird poop). We have told that we would have our call returned for the last week about the tank of gas, but NOTHING. The car was sold with $10 gas in the tank, which is just enough to get us home to Folsom.
