Called on 10/13/20 regarding a collection and was told they closed/sold in August 2020 and sent a letter regarding this. No letter was received and they did not have a copy of the letter they sent on file. I was a consumer for this company and they did collections for me on accounts. They are now a mortgage company! HORRIBLE!!!

Thieves....they told me I was all set with car taxes and they would call let DMV know I was paid up. They call me again and say I owe 175$ on a 2007 honda fit i haven't had in yrs( sold to a Honda dealership) after I already paid them 348$ I think they are scammers.
