Brandy was very kind and courteous, when doing the loan for me, I didn't even have to leave home and then when I had a little confusion on payment plans in order to keep my payment or pay off the loan, she explained to me paying off the loan is good, but it does not help me re-establish my credit if I were to pay it off too soon.
