I would not recommend this dealership to my dead enemies. We ve financed our vehicle in 2009 and have had nothing but problems since then. The manager is nothing more then a thug, who will lie and cheat to get your money. Our vehicle has been in for repair twice and each time was a joke. The first time was for break repair that took over a week; and the second time was for an issue with the radiator. I went to this place to find a used mini van. They had one that looked nice. So, my wife and I decided to buy it. The salesmen assured us that van was in very good condition, and if any problems came up with it, they would fix it. We no more than got it home and the van broke down. The problem was in a small part that was inexpensive. I repaired the problem myself. Two days later, the transmission began to malfuntion. I should not have a bought a car from this company and I would not buy another one or refer anyone to them. My old car broke down, I went to them on a friday, asked if they could help me get in one. I was told no problem, waited all day to get the approval was then told they shut down the computer for maintenance so I had to wait till monday, I waited, bought a 96 Blazer, a few things wrong with it so I was told to bring it back later to get cig lighter, electric mirrors, and hatch fixed. We have bought a couple of vehicles from Credit Cars of Joplin. We have never been disappointed. The people are extremely helpful, kind and honest. Our vehicles have ran great and still do to this day. I would highly recommend this car dealership to anyone. I would not be afraid to purchase one of their vehicles and take a long road trip. I trust them to sell me a safe and good running vehicle.
I bought my 1996 Cadillac fleetwood from this dealership, and it runs excellent...I have had this car for 3yrs now and it is still in great condition. The people here are very nice and understanding. I would recommend this dealership to anyone!!
