Well you frauded on the application. here we score the driver of the car. and you scored very well. however Vincent was the driver and he did not qualify for the loan. he had no income to verify and no bank account. those are the two biggest questions we have on our approval system. you had the car for 3 months and in that time you were 6 weeks behind. absolute con man. repoed our car on Thursday night even though we made a deal to come in on Friday, refinance and get a new van. he apologized the next day and said he was afraid that we would take our money elsewhere. Then he had the audacity to say that he had made a mistake and wanted us to bring him the money still and pay the repo company their 250 fee. entirely absurd. It’s been about 5 years since I went through ccs. But frank was always amazing and worked with me! The warranty package was the best around! And I couldn’t of been happier with going through them.

Frank is an honest car salesman and those are hard to find. In the beginning of our transaction we ran into a slight problem and Frank went above and beyond to ensure but everything was taken care of and that we were more than happy.
