I should not even give them a (1) star…. By far the most unprofessional business ever ! The “professional representative named “Ronnie” was so rude and disrespectful. She should be taught or be trained how to speak to someone on the phone and to be polite. She also needs to remember that the ugly attitude does nothing for her business but turn people away. The most rudest person I have ever dealt with, “Supervisor”, she says, Ronnie Johnson. This company should be ashamed to have elderly people talked to with such hatred, demeaning, deceitful behavior. She has no empathy whatsoever and no clue what someone may be going through. Horrible service.

I would’ve give them 5 stars but they don’t accept payment plans so I can’t. But I paid off my collection and it was removed from my credit report in 5 days and I gained 30 points to my credit score

I was turned over to CBS Collections for a bill that was paid in full prior to being turned over to collections. The gentleman that answered the phone was very nice & accommodating however, the lady that he put me through to was the RUDEST human being I believe I have ever been in contact with. They need to learn customer service etiquette at this company.
