One of their collectors called me and gave me information that saved me. She really went out of her way to care for me.
Spoke to ‘Ronnie Johnson’ today. She was rude and disrespectful from the start. Not only that but she called me at 6:30pm. That’s 1.5 hours after they close for the day. When I asked to speak to someone higher than her she said “Dear Lord please help Victoria.” EXCUSE ME? Whoever runs this company should be ASHAMED of the way she speaks to people. If I could leave negative stats, I would.
Sent a debt collection notice from an area I haven’t lived since 6/2017. Never received bill from city of Alexandria and no information provided about proof of debt. 1) this is past the statute of limitations 2) No website to contact, email to contact, leaving only forms of communication by mail or phone. CBS doesn’t answer phones and has unqualified staff per multiple reviews. I should not even give them a (1) star…. By far the most unprofessional business ever ! The “professional representative named “Ronnie” was so rude and disrespectful. She should be taught or be trained how to speak to someone on the phone and to be polite. She also needs to remember that the ugly attitude does nothing for her business but turn people away.
