Everything was fast and easy MeMe was awesome made it to the lot at 3:00p and was in my car out of there by 6:00p.
Not a good experience. My son got the car but did not get tags in time and they also didn’t give the proper person his proof of insurance. No one seems to be able to answer questions when you call or ask questions. They constantly say they will have someone call you back but they never do. Customer service needs work and someone is dropping the ball on the tags aspect. Still no tags and he got the truck in February. No one has any answers either. They also have several complaints with the BBB.
