I’ve worked with Credible for several years on dozens of inspections. Really appreciate their service, expertise, and competitive pricing. I would gladly recommend them.
They were friendly and nice but failed completely at the inspection of the house. Their report gave a glowing review of the house, major issues in the report were a lack of GFCI and moss on the roof. Upon owning and living in the house we started to see the things their expert eyes were supposed to find. A door frame with visible dry rot and a section of the basement with pulled back insulation showing dry rot and carpenter ant holes. I just received a home inspection from credible home inspections and it probably cost me $240,000. These are some of the worst inspectors I have ever dealt with they came into my house missed a major leak in the bathroom and then said it wasn't their job to find it. Turned on a faucet and said it didn't work but failed to realize there wasn't any water going to the faucet and when the water was turned on my bathroom flooded tens of thousands of dollars in damage to to arcondo and the entire building. Credible performed the inspection for the buyer of my house. I was impressed with the thoroughness and impartiality of the report. So much so that I went to them for the inspection of the home I was buying. They were so easy to schedule, quickly replied to all questions and helpful in their suggestions. I felt the value received was excellent. I would highly recommend them.
This company is fantastic! We used them to inspect a home we planned to purchase and they did a very professional and complete inspection of the home. They informed us personally of certain items to be aware of and sent us the most complete inspection report I have ever had. 2 guys worked for 3 hours just to inspect the home. I would absolutely hire them again and you should as well.
