I worked for this company for 3 years and I can tell you that this is a company that moves fast and provides and exceptional environment for growth. During my time at Credential Check I started as a verification specialist through a staffing firm and eventually was hired on for a salary position in the business development department. They recognize talent and reward employees for their hard work and going above and beyond for their clients. Overall I would recommend this company to anyone!
The group of employees that work for Credential Check are talented, motivated, and willing to work as a team to succeed. The leadership in the organization is equally as motivated and driven to achieve success. Employees are rewarded for their achievements, and talent is recognized.
The organization as a whole has been great since the beginning for me, and I can't recommend the company highly enough to others in the HR field. They are flexible and willing to work with the individual needs of their clients, and overall it is a very positive experience. Employees of this company do a great job getting things done for their clients. They are friendly, efficient and responsive -- from the person you talk to initially on the phone to the very top level of management.
NOT A GOOD EMPLOYER – This company has no regard for its employees unless they are top management. They have some of the most hard working individuals that sacrifice their personal lives to get "the work done" and are just walked on. They have had roughly 17 employees leave the company in a 18 month time span and they only have about 10 employees that work for them.
