The 1 star is insanely generous…. Can’t complete a project. Can’t even remember what they agreed to do. Had to buy and finish half the project myself they’re so bad. Keep sending bills tho of course. Find anyone else!!
After working here & seeing how the customers and projects are treated. I am saddened to hear from past and current clients having horrible issues with the workmanship and handling of their projects. Do NOT use Credence at any cost most of their 5 stars reviews are not from clients
This company took a year and a half for a kitchen remodel. The demo didn’t start til the actual day that the project was promised, by contract, to be completed. Several items in my house were damaged and had to be replaced and elements of the job that were done improperly, had to be redone at my expense. *This review was edited to only reflect factual elements without personal feelings or opinions*
They suck.
If you are considering this company don’t!! Took them a year and a half for a kitchen remodel. They were uncommunicative, dishonest and disrespectful throughout. Their revolving door of employees failed to supervise their staff, oversight workmanship and maintain positive relationships with subs. They disrespected me and my property repeatedly. Was emotionally exhausting and I hope that nobody else would have to experience what I went through.
