Staff is always helpful and friendly.
Impossible to find without asking staff or knowing where it is. Since I'm a nice guy I'll tell you: it's through the main entrance of the hospital, straight back to the elevators and then the lower lobby, to the right. The good things: They had good service, very small. Convenient for people checking out of the hospital, but you're probably going to have to wait.
