CREC Property Management is horrible to deal with. All communications come off as abrasive and threatening. The condo we rented is in extreme neglect maintenance wise. All appliances are originals and on their last leg mechanically and esthetically. The washer and dryer are considered convenience items. Meaning they don't work and will not be fixed. They ripped us off so much for no reason. they made us give up the interests on the deposit. After paying 200$ to stanley steamer, they charged us another 200$ for carpet treatment. charged us 280 for move out cleaning, where six of us including the neighbors cleaned for 2 days. 25$ for burned out light bulbs. Ask yourself , if you were expecting your deposit back , would you leave 25$ of burned light bulbs. Very high maintenance with people needing access every month for one reason or another. Then the full deposit wasn't returned (25 years and over a dozen rentals under my belt, i"m a singleton and an ideal tenant and have never not received a full refund) the reason being a 'vine' after I spent $180 on a gardener (their list of requirements is preposterously high maintenance). and another $300 on a professional cleaning. I would run away. they will take your money.
