On Jan 31, 2017, I brought my cat Haas down to Dr. Russ because of loose stools. Haas had been seen by another vet earlier in the year but was not given the attention, diagnosis, or respect, that he well deserved. Dr. Russ examined Haas with the help of Diane his assistant and unfortunately he was loaded with incurable cancer. I was not expecting this diagnosis, but I was able to accept the truth. Did this veterinarian fully explain your pet's condition? Yes, I had a clear understanding of my pet's condition Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Did this veterinarian have a large selection of medication available for your pet? Yes, they offer a huge selection of medication Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes

Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Were the staff members able to answer your questions? They were rarely able to answer any of my questions Did this animal hospital use current and safe equipment? Fairly current Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Did you feel that this veterinarian's pricing was fair? Yes, I thought it was fair Has this veterinarian ever misdiagnosed your pet? Never, my pets have enjoyed healthy and long lives thanks to their care.

Did this veterinarian seem overwhelmed with too many pets? Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Was this veterinarian able to perform all basic as well as complicated procedures? Yes, I've never had to take my pets anywhere else

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Does this provider treat their staff well?
