We had a large yellow jacket hive in our attic and they had eaten through the ceiling and were getting into the house. I called creature control and they sent tyler to our house the same day. Tyler was professional and very knowledgeable and got the hive treated and removed and answered all of our questions.
Josh Johnson came to deal with some yellow jackets that were making their way into our basement. Josh was super friendly and knowledgeable. He took time to diagnose the situation, he explained his plan to deal with the yellow jackets and asked for my thoughts and feedback before starting his work to make sure I was onboard and comfortable with his plan. I have nothing but positive things to say about Josh and the front office personnel and Creature Control who took my initial call.
Josh Johnson is very kind, thorough and knowledgeable pest control specialist. We are very thankful for his expertise and guidance as my wife and I evaluate our options for managing our bat issue. I’d recommend other homeowners use Josh and this company in the future.
I called Creature Control to find out how to safely clear out my attic. (A bat colony had been excluded four years ago by a different company.) Josh arrived promptly and inspected my attic and roof. He educated me about guano and safety measures and answered all my questions. Very knowledgeable and full of enthusiasm on the topic!
