Honestly not the type of person to leave reviews in general, especially bad ones. I’ve never felt so confused as a home owner. Usually when you pay for a service it gets completed. I called Creature control because I was having problems with ground moles in my yard and couldn’t figure out what to do. Creature control was just amazing. Setting up our initial estimate was quick they were able to come out within a few days of my request. We called them out for pigeons in our roof. Dave M was courteous and thorough. He was quick to offer same day service and when I asked if he saw any other issues, he checked around our whole home. He sent pictures and offered his expertise, not only did he speak with me through text he also talked to my bf when he got home. Dave at Creature Controls has done a great job in helping us get rid of the bats that were camping out in our attic and garage. Very knowledgeable, personable and comfortable to work with. Thanks Dave ! don't take it the the wrong way but I hope we don't need to see you for quite a while! : )
