I left an adorable puppy and was returned something resembling a rat. The groomer did exactly what i asked them not to do. When i expressed my dissatisfaction she lied to me saying that she only trimmed 1/8 of an inch when the pictures posted on their site clearly shows that she took 3/4 ths easily . Additionally, he is sick with a respiratory infection after boarding there.
***KENNEL COUGH*** I had two dogs board there in early July. I had been more than happy when I boarded my dog there last October. This time, one of my dogs came home with a severe case of KC that did not respond to Doxycycline. The person at the front desk could only say “I am sorry about that and we have signs posted about it.” When I say severe, she was coughing to the point of vomiting and could not even keep down water. This place is top notch! Gary (our pittie) LOVES spending time here. He’s been visiting for daycare & boarding for 2+ years & even though we moved a little further away, we still make the drive to bring him to his home away from home. The attention, love & care they give him is unbelievable. We’re abundantly thankful for Creature Comforts!
Very good care. Very attentive. If I have to leave my beloveds, I feel assured that Creature Comforts will monitor them closely and give them a safe home while we're away.
