Izzy had a fun day checking out the facilities. She played really hard & slept most of the evening. She’ll be ready to go again soon.
I was very disappointed by my experience boarding my dog here. They were less than forthcoming with information regarding their boarding practices. When I spoke to someone on the phone to have my dog evaluated as to whether he could board it was not made clear to me that he would not be evaluated for daycare as I wanted. When I disappointingly learned he could only have private play while boarded he was only given two breaks of 15 minutes each to play outside his kennel on Friday.
