So helpful and great staff. We have a 6 month old 50 pound dog with anxiety and he loves them.
We love Creature Comforts. The staff are great. They take very good care of Sage. Sage loves going for her boarding and daycare. Highly Recommend
The staff treats my dog as one of their own and I always feel safe leaving her in their hands when I have to be out of town.
My dogs were very happy after their visit… I felt rushed through the facility walk through. I was disappointed that I didn’t get to see the bigger kennels more thoroughly. Overall I was pleased with the care the staff gave my dogs and I look forward to using this facility in the future. I thank the staff for caring for my dogs while I was away. UPDATE… the GM called me after seeing this review and made sure I was all good before hanging up…I have changed their rating to a 4
Creature comforts takes good care of our dogs. However, I’m very disappointed in the opportunities they take to overcharge and nickel and dime clients. My dogs had not been boarded there for 6 months and I was told they needed to be re-evaluated to take part in group play. They are small French bulldogs and not a breed that tends to be aggressive.
