Jolie did a good job with the cut, but rude to me and rough with my dog. She didn't seem to understand my concern and was unnecessarily defensive. In addition, my dog had raw skin behind her ear from the clippers. I wouldn't trust her with my dog going forward.
RecommendedJolie is so great with our hyper jack Russell Brutus. We've been going to her for years and won't go anywhere else! Prices are great and her place is always clean 😊 Thank you Jolie!!!
Jolie is the best! Our Yorkie loves her!! She has been Sophie’s groomer for over ten years and has always done an excellent job. Sophie loves her visits. The Creature Comforts salon is always clean and Jolie provides a safe environment, She loves all animals and it shows. We highly recommend Creature Comforts for professional grooming needs!
Awesome grooming heavy double coated dogs! Both my Samoyeds look wondering after being groomed at Creature Comforts!
DO NOT recommend this place. Groomer broke my dogs collar grabbing him (he's a pup) and scolding me about his puppy behavior and shape of his coat. All the reviews that say this place is a "relaxing environment" for "anxious dogs" need to reevaluate their opinion. Groomer only told me all the things I need to do and showed no interest or support for helping me groom my dog. Thankfully I did not leave my dog there alone. She always fits us in when we come in for a nail trim.
The owner's behavior was dismissive and contemptuous toward me. Jolie did a good job on my Schnauzer's nails in March 2018, but cut her beard when I requested it not be touched. The most distressing, volatile experience.
OMDG...Jolie is the very best. Mom said auntie jolie would have to be a long ways away before she would take us anywhere else...best ever groomer. What mom really appreciates is the fact that she knows how to groom different breeds of dogs ...she is awesome..
