Very professional , pleasant and knowledgeable about the business
I had an issue with my Hunter Douglas remote for my roller shades. I had a conversation with Tom and he sent Mel to my house to troubleshoot and see what was going on. Mel arrived on time, friendly, and fixed the remote within minutes. I so appreciated the help and generous customer service. And I should add that I did not purchase the roller shades from Creative Window Fashions originally (my bad) but they will get my business going forward.
