What a wonderful experience! Tom came when he said he would. He was clear about our options and the cost. He ordered the blinds right away and they arrived when they said they would. The installer was also terrific. Came as he said he would and quickly installed the blinds. He explained how they worked and the warranty. He took the old blinds away. We could not be happier with the service beginning to end!
