This would be 5 Stars as Ladonna was terrific she knows her stuff and is detailed and was exceptional recommendations. Her installer, however is messy, left his trash on my floor (plastic bags from hardware etc.) when I found a spot he scratched the ceiling he said yea I saw that I should have asked if you had touch up paint. My floor was dirty from the drilling into wall no offer to sweep or cleanup. Had been looking at bedroom curtain options quite unsuccessfully for a while despite various vendor options. I was really at the end of my tether whereupon we were recommended this store by a family member ….and bingo! This was a no-stress, superbly designed, planned and executed project and we are thrilled with the superb quality of the final product. We were referred to LaDonna and her business, Creative Window Designs by a friend and couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome of our project. It entailed replacing outdated curtains populating our front facing windows with plantation blinds. Like another reviewer aptly said, “No drama, just results.”
I contacted La Donna from a recommendation of a friend. I sold custom window coverings for six years and am very knowledgeable in how drapes should be made. Our master bedroom drapes were lost in the flood from Hurricane Harvey and I procrastinated getting them replaced, not knowing who I could trust to do a good job.
