We scheduled an appointment 2 weeks in advance with insurance info, which is insurance they don’t accept, and we understood that. I asked what prices were per session and was told $175 initially, then $115, which we agreed to because of our insurance situation, and made the appointment. We showed up, cash in hand after driving with our toddler for an hour, for the therapist to literally talk us out of the appointment.
