My experience with the occupational therapist has been positive, they’re knowledgeable and the actual sessions have been helpful. However, the billing and scheduling practices have been disappointing. Several sessions ran past the 1-hour time slot without clear communication that I’d be charged for the extra time. On top of that, my receipts did not include the OT’s registration number, which delayed my benefits reimbursement, and billing only happens monthly, so corrections take a long time to show up. Creative Therapy is an excellent company. Kirsten and Laurent are two incredible occupational therapists and I would highly recommend either of them to any of my family members, friends, or peers needing services.
I had a fantastic experience working with Laurent! I was pleased with his high level of professionalism, commitment to assist me in achieving my goals, and attention to detail. I highly recommend this OT and Creative Therapy for occupational therapy services in Victoria.
