AWFUL!!! Never Again. My client had an absolutely terrible experience with this agency. The entire process was chaotic from start to finish. The assigned manager and assistant were disorganized, lacked attention to detail, and missed nearly half of my client’s requests, none of which were ever corrected or compensated for.
